He understands that legal disputes can be costly and disruptive, and he focuses on solutions that are not only legally sound but aligned with his clients’ long-term objectives.
Matthew’s expertise spans a broad range of business disputes, including purchaser and supplier disagreements, breach of service agreements, partnership disputes, debt collection defense, business torts, and other contract-related conflicts.
Before joining Bend Law Group, Matthew worked at a San Francisco litigation firm handling landlord-tenant matters. He holds a J.D. from the University of Mississippi School of Law, where he served as editor of the Journal of Air and Space Law and volunteered with the Mississippi Innocence Project. He also earned dual business degrees in Supply Chain Management and Information Systems Management from California State University, Chico. Matthew is admitted to practice in California, Texas, and before the Northern and Central District Courts of California.
Outside the office, Matthew enjoys playing guitar and exploring new destinations with his fiancée.
